Dr. Rosalind Caumban and Louie Caumban are Managing Partners of FastPath Capital Group LLC founded in 2017.

Dr. Rose Caumban and Louie Caumban are the Founders and Managing Partners of FastPath Capital Group LLC, based in Phoenix, AZ. They Co-General Partners in a 96-unit apartment complex in Tucson, Arizona and a 624-unit apartment in Houston, Texas. They have invested in over 2,764 multifamily apartment units. They have been investing and operated income generating real estate assets since 2006, including their family owned single family/multifamily rental homes and condominium units.
Rose graduated with a degree of Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Arizona State University, and is practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in the adult and geriatric population. She has been in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years and held various leadership, management and operation roles.
Louie is a Principal Engineer and R&D Technologist in one of the largest semiconductor chipmaker in the world. He has an Electrical Engineering and MBA degrees and has been in the semiconductor industry for 30 years. He has an excellent technical, business acumen and leadership skills in the field of technology development and supply chain, managing suppliers and customers. He held several leadership, management and operation positions.
Their overall experience in real estate investing, management and operation help position FathPath Capital Group (FCG) to be a leader in multifamily real estate acquisition business and operations.
They plan to continue to grow their Multifamily Real Estate asset portfolio along with their partners and investors as they build better communities and create a legacy for their family.
